It’s really simple. Ask a friend to mention your name when they visit an Allure Luxury new home and if they close on their own new home you’ll receive a check for $2,000. Also, your referred friend will receive a $2,000 credit to use for any optional upgrades of their choice.

Here are a few simple rules that must be followed:

Available on any Allure Luxury Homes floor plan in any community
There is no limit to the number of referral friends you can sponsor
Anyone (with exceptions following) is qualified to participate
Real estate agents and brokers are not eligible for this program
The referring party may not be part of the referring transaction, i.e. you can’t refer yourself to your spouse
The referred buyer will complete an official form with the builder providing the referring party’s information
The "Refer a Friend and Win" program is void where prohibited by law
No referral will be paid for any referral registration that is currently under contract on a sales agreement to purchase a new home from Allure Luxury Homes
Allure Luxury Homes has the right to terminate, suspend or modify this referral program at any time without notice
